We were in town for a family emergency. My pup was with us who needed stitches out from a prior surgery (not performed at this facility). The office graciously fit us in, removed the stitches and evaluated the wound at no charge. My father passed away while we were in town. The kindness this office showed us was extraordinary. I’m grateful for them helping during a very stressful time.

Can I give a zero star? Lady at front desk is hateful! I think maybe she suffers from job burnout. I would not recommend this place.

The best vet office in Dayton! I can’t recommend them enough. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to take care of our two dogs. I’ve sent multiple people up to try this office and they have all been very happy as well.

Went in to get insulin for my cat. I had enough for 2 days left. Was told they would not give anymore until I brought her in for a complete exam. I have had her there multiple times in the last year and she was stable. Will be finding another vet. Was not even willing to give me the insulin and schedule an appointment in the next few weeks. They obviously don't care about animals if they are willing to withold insulin that an elderly cat requires daily.
