We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care our dog, Zylah, received at Napoleon Veterinary Clinic. When she wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t getting better, they were always responsive to our concerns and were able to see her quickly—including on a couple of occasions the very same day. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate Zylah, obtain X-rays, and ultimately recognized that she needed emergency surgery. Thanks to their attentiveness and quick action, we were able to get Zylah the surgical care she needed when it mattered most. We have brought many of our pets to Napoleon Veterinary Clinic over the years and have consistently received compassionate, exceptional care. From the front desk staff, to the veterinary technicians, to the veterinarians, everyone is absolutely amazing. Every person we have encountered has treated our pets—and us—with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. It means so much to know that when one of our pets is sick or we are worried, we have a veterinary team we can trust. Thank you to everyone at Napoleon Veterinary Clinic for all you have done for Zylah and for all of our pets over the years. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you and everything you do!

The staff is awesome! My first call I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was not only knowledgeable, but understanding. My second call, another staff member answered. She too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. At our first appointment the Veterinarian was great! She was open and honest in options she presented. Pros and cons were given, but the decision was left up to us. We did not feel pressured into one specific avenue based on the Veterinarian's own bias or preference. Following vaccines we had a concern regarding our puppy anf called in. The staff member who answered was compassionate and able to ease my mind regarding the concerns. Though she explained what was happening to be normal and what to watch for, she also offered to have us bring our furbaby in to be checked, if it made us feel better/we felt necessaey. I am new to this area and was nervous about finding a new vet, but the staff here are even better than my prior vet of 12+ years!!!!
