So nice and accommodating for my sweet girl who isnt always friendly to other dogs, because she's a farm girl and not used to being around strange friends. She's great with people, and they loved on her and made her feel special. I was surprised at how affordable they were as well

I recently brought my cat in for care and had an excellent experience with Dr. Vanessa Douglas and her team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure both my cat and I felt comfortable. As a pet owner, it can be nerve-wracking when your cat isn’t feeling well, but the veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and it was clear that my cat’s well-being was the top priority throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was how patient and gentle everyone was. My cat can be anxious in unfamiliar situations, but the staff handled her with such compassion and care that she seemed much more relaxed than I expected. They paid attention to her comfort, moved at a pace she could tolerate, and treated her as if she were their own pet. The atmosphere in the office was also wonderful. The staff had a great sense of humor and a warm, light-hearted attitude that helped ease my stress and made the visit feel much less intimidating. Their friendliness and genuine kindness made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Another thing I appreciated was the affordability of the care. Veterinary expenses can add up quickly, but I found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable, especially considering the amount of time, attention, and compassion that went into my cat’s treatment. They groomed my cat’s fur extensively and even trimmed her nails without charging me a cent for them. Little gestures like this are hard to come by anymore, so I was beyond grateful for this. Overall, I left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that combines knowledge, compassion, patience, and excellent customer service so well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality veterinary care from people who truly care about both pets and their owners. Thank you so so much everybody at Town and Country! You guys are absolutely phenomenal and I can’t say enough nice things about everybody here.
