I took my baby in to get checked. First of all I had informed them she wasn't goid with other animals, people yes, and it was in the 90s out. We had to sit in the heat, my poor baby, they finally came out 40 minutes after I went in to tell them we was hot, by that time my baby had to be shaved and cooled down. Then they took her in the back doors ( why couldn't they do that when I first got there?). They did a ultrasound and grays but no answer to what was wrong. All I heard was they needed blood work. After finding we was completely broke till Saturday ( one day) , because we already paid them almost $300. Then it was a different story, talking bout do we want to euthanize her? WOW REALLY? HELL NO. Ieven literally asked the dr. Is why your pushing her away and wanting to kill her over money? She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders as she shook her head yes... well we took my precious baby home with 2 scripts , ending up back at Medvedev hospital that night and my beautiful baby PASSED AWAY!!!! if they wasn't money hungry and really had compassion my baby would be alive today. These people are soulless money hungry individuals who I pray karma gets them 100 fold. I am crushed, my heart has been ripped out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABIES HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM.

Took our 10-year-old dog here to get checked out, as she had a lump on her leg. She ended up having an ear infection, and they ran a scan on the lump on the leg as well as doing a blood test. The scan came back as highly likely to be cancer. For the ear treatment, scan, and blood test, it was just under $800. They wanted another few hundred to get a sample of the lump to test for cancer. I ended up going to another place to get a second opinion, and the second vet found a second lump that this place did not see. They were able to take a sample of the lump and test it, which came back not cancerous. They were also able to get us more meds for her ears and get us set up with some medication for her arthritis. came out to be just under $150. This place is OVERPRICED, and most people I have dealt with that work here are not nice at all. Comment to response: Thanks for your response, and I would like to further my comment based on that response. The first thing you touched on was the senior diagnostic evaluation. We had this test done on our dog less than a year ago. Instead of running a more pinpoint blood test, since we already had this info. You didn't give my wife any options other than that this test needed to be run. Which caused the bill to be more expensive. The second thing you touched on was the scan of the lump that she had. My wife was given the option of either roughly $50 for the scan or a few hundred for the sample to be tested for cancer. The second option we got offered sample testing as well for roughly $50 and was done in-house and reviewed by an oncologist. Much cheaper. Also found out from the second opinion that you all sent my dog's records mixed in with another dog's records, so it looked like my dog had more issues than what she really had. Thank god that the second place caught this before anything was done unnecessarily. Another thing that was nice about the second opinion was they showed us the pain med could be filled through Kroger for about $9 instead of buying it through you all for over $100. One thing I do agree with you on is that different places do things differently, and some places do things right.
