This was a terrible space to stay in. we were greeted to decomposing stuffed parrots, a missing gazebo roof, an unlocked door and, spider webs everywhere inside and out. that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was all the missing and broken blinds. there is no privacy in the main living space because half the hanging blinds are missing in the main living space. and broken blinds in the bedroom where there was a pot overturned where someone undoubtedly was looking in at one point. the whole hazards resort is very rundown. all pictures posted are probably from 15 years ago. the bartender Billy was awesome, I feel bad that he had to tell everyone that more than half the menu is put of stock. From talking with other guests with the same hosts there are multiple complaints across the board. pur unit also had a broken TV remote and for some reason all the pictures were missing but had the nails all over the wall. glad to of escaped this liminal space. The bed has a firm spring mattress. If you are going thru air bab avoid Christopher and William as hosts. Better value to stay on shore and take a trip to put in bay. Avoid this resort. The beach is a 2 mile hike with no shade. And the trail is just a road at most parts. Bringing your car is a must. Everything is closed Monday Tuesday and what is open is out of everything. Saw the distribution truck coming in on the ferry as we were leaving Tuesday.

This was so sad. We used to love coming here. My teens wanted to plan a boat day and wanted to show them this place and have lunch. Their site said open at 11. At 11:45 the kitchen staff had not arrived yet. They said that we could wait by the pool. But it was no where near as nice as it used to be. So we decided to leave and head to South Bass.

I did not stay, but we did eat at the restaurant and it was amazing food and the servers were the friendliest on the island. I'm sorry I don't remember our servers name but she was amazing, friendly, kind. Even if you don't stay here you should visit have a drink or dinner you won't regret it.
