I feel like i was given outdated advice but my concerns were taken seriously, the price was very reasonable and the care was good. But i will take my snake elsewhere.

I LOVE going here - they have been an incredible and loving place for me to bring my exotic pets. I’ve been going for five years now and each time I am treated with such kindness and given some amazing help. I have had doves, a pigeon, and a rabbit and they’ve helped me so much with them. They were very loving, helpful and kind when I eventually had to have my beloved rabbit put down. This last visit, I brought them my Modena Pigeon, Ori, and I was concerned he would have to be put down bc he was so sick. I love the honesty of the veterinarian there. He’s always so polite, very honest and straight forward with me about the diagnosis and the best plan for them whether it be treatment or ending their suffering. He was blunt with me about Ori and how he is hopeful we doooo have a chance of helping him but bc of his condition, if he isn’t better by X amount of time then it would be best to consider having him put down so he wouldn’t suffer anymore. The vet gave Ori soooo much love and care and sent me home with medications he worked hard to mix together specifically for Ori’s weight and he even gave me some super helpful tips. When I paid and got in my truck, my pigeon began convulsing multiple times and orange gunk began spewing from the side of his mouth. I picked him up in his cage and hustled back in - the vet and his wife came running to meet us and they helped my pigeon right away. He was able to see what was going on and shared with me why he suspected it to be and watched him while I brought my vehicle around - with it being so incredibly hot he not only brought my pigeon out to me but he also got a large ice pack and wrapped it in a bag to put on the top of the cage to help cool Ori off a little. I have never seen a vet show so much love, kindness and personal care before in my life. I am deeply grateful and so moved by our visit. I’m pleased to report that my pigeon is improving bc of all the vet did for him! I will forever come here even with it being a two hour drive for me, out of state. They are absolutely worth it!!

He was very knowledgeable and honest. Wasn't pushy about things. Very nice and professional, respectful of me and my dog. Prices are very reasonable. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
