My dogs go to Suburban Vet Clinic for grooming, shots, physical. The staff are great Bentley & Max love you all & so do we. We've been a client since June 2022. First with Bentley, then Max June 2024. Dr. Scott is our Vet.

Where should I start… I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. First off I’ll start by saying you can’t visit the vet without spending $300. No big deal they are all rip offs. So my dog had got sick. We took him in for blood work. The lady comes in with the results which were showing some crazy numbers for him. She said it can’t be right. Let’s redo it , Test redone everything is normal. OK, no solution just throws him on pills “He has seizures now he’ll have to take pills for the rest of his life”. She doesn’t give me anything beside it could be a tumor of Epilepsy only way to tell is paying for an MRI $5000. Didn’t suggest any other test. Next, we take them back a week later (another $300) they tell us we will call you with results days pass. No one calls me. I called them, proceeded to Tell me nothing was abnormal. Now this is when it gets good . I’m at the end of my dog prescription. I called up there to get a refill. No one is in to refill the prescription till Monday. If you guys know, you are going to put my dogs on pills for the rest of his life. Why isn’t a refill in the system….. After months on his seizure medication he begins to have seizures on his meds. We have to take him to the ER. We take him to the ER. They say that the prescription isn’t strong enough and give him more pills. At no point was I told by the doctors here that hey maybe his prescription might lose effectiveness overtime, bring him periodically to be tested To make sure his dosage is still correct. I had to watch my dog have violent seizures for five days straight Before I had to accept that, he was not going to eat his pills and I had to put him down. We go up here to put him down. We pay for my babies ashes. They said they will call when they were available. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I proceed to call back and they say oh they are here. When my husband went to pick them up, they couldn’t find the ashes after I called the same day and on top of that he asked when the ashes came in and they proceed to say Tuesday or Wednesday so my problem is you guys are OK with taking people money promptly but not caring enough to call or make suggestions promptly. They are very organized just avoid the headache. I’m very disappointed with overall experience. My dog deserved better!

The people here are polite, caring, professional, gentle, very helpful. A Great team of veterinarians and technicians. My dogs love them!
