EDIT 07/17/2026 Wife called to make an appointment & was told that we need to prepay for the appointments moving forward due to “no shows.” I called to find out what the issue was since we have been in 3 times recently & to ask what was up. One of the appointments was cancelled. The irony being that the man I was speaking to on the phone was the one who took the cancellation. My dog died. It would’ve been impossible to bring him in. The second was a reschedule and the third was an appointment made by my wife (years ago). I’ll eat the one no show. That’s on us. Anyway, I don’t appreciate paying for services not rendered. Why not place a policy moving forward that if you set an appointment and don’t show, the fee is XX amount. Like 99% of other offices across the world. When I mentioned this to the old man on the phone he just said “okay we will send your records to another vet.” We had a nice relationship with everyone here & no relationship with this man (see old review below). A conversation would have been nice in place of whatever just happened on the phone, but it appears our business is not worth his time. I will not be bringing my dogs back in to this vet clinic which is a shame. We have spent a lot of money here and have been continually spending money monthly for flea and tick meds. What a shame. Best of luck. We will be moving to the Carrollton Vet Clinic which has much better reviews anyway. Old review is getting removed. It’s not worth keeping in place over this. Cheers to your staff, they were kind. You sir, a total jerk and huge lack of understanding, leadership, and problem solving. ————————-

I bought worm med from these guys and my pup ends up with parvo right after and how convenient a friend of my cousins went same place same medicine and got parvo right after and if anyone knows what parvo does to a dog why would anyone ever want that to happen
