Dr. Vega and all of the staff here go above and beyond. Our diabetic cat was seen here from adoption to end of life care. Every phone call was returned quickly, time was made when schedules didn’t align, and above all- It was evident that the staff had our pet’s best interest in mind with every decision. I have and will continue to recommend this team to anyone seeking a new vet.

We were sent to this clinic because our Home clinic was booked, but my nine year-old cat needed to be seen because of her weight loss and lack of eating. They were able to get us in three days later and the veterinarian on call that saw us determined to do bloodwork and give us meds to help her start eating again. However, within 48 hours, my cat was dead. When I came up with her all the aid wanted to do was talk about cremation so within two visits they got my $600 and what happened when I came back from vacation and picked her up, they were closed. Nothing on their website nothing through Google just a sign on their door so I was inconvenienced with them having their clinic shut down for that day after driving 25 minutes to the clinic. I went up a second time in the next week to pick up the remains of my cat and whomever was at the front desk didn’t know why I was there, and thought I was picking my cat from daycare. When I said I was picking up her remains all she did was hand me the bag and went off into the back. No consoling no words of affirmation no sorry no emotion whatsoever just another part of her day apparently. When I looked in the bag, all I saw were pamphlets. Other animals that have had passed, at least the clinic would have a card with signatures from the staff and aid in the consoling of our pain of losing an animal, but all it was was just pamphlets. So I will not be going back to this clinic because of their lack of sympathy, empathy, and their hours could vary without notice or be closed without notice.

This is the most caring and considerate vet staff I’ve ever met! Dr. Vega and the rest of the team take their time talking over everything and anything with you. Will always recommend this place!

We had a great experience. We are from out of town and our pet had a really bad ear infection. They got us in in 1 day. And we were able to get the medicine we needed before we were heading back home. The doctor and staff were very competent and friendly and willing to spend time explaining what we needed explained, I'm very grateful for this company!

Dr. Vega is great! He calls even when on vacation to check in and really cares. He is great with educating and spends time.
