Not only did I have the most amazing fur baby, but I had the best vet clinic, as well. For 9 years, I used West Main for all of Colt's routine and unexpected needs. From tick bites to when he decided to explore and cut open his leg, because apparently chick's dig scars... to his final moments... After noticing some changes and a rash on his belly, West Main promptly scheduled our appointment. When I found a lump they didn't just check it once, but twice in the same visit because the first came back as fat... due to the attentiveness and compassion they checked him with a second aspiration, which came back as cancer. We were given options for an oncologist. We went to MedVet and found out his cancer was extremely rare and very aggressive. Within about a week we had to make the tough decision to let him go, so he wouldn't have to suffer. During this time, West Main actually reached out and checked in to see if Colt had gotten any better and to let us know if we needed anything before his final day, and if we did they would do whatever they could to help. I have been truly blessed to have had both my baby and the wonderful Vets AND staff at West Main. They were always kind, compassionate and patient with all of my concerns. Thank you all so much for everything you did for my baby♡

The whole staff is terrific! Got me right in when my dog had a leg injury. They didn't push for a bunch of unneeded tests and were great with my pup. Highly recommend ❤️
