I am giving 5 stars, because everyone else I have dealt with in the last 3 years has been amazing, but Friday night we dealt with a woman with curly darker hair who made us feel low while we were losing a kitten. She basically blamed us for the kitten's predicament and treated us like utter filth. No kindness, just blame. Only for it to be known it was nothing we did, all we did was try to save a sick kitten. But in a low moment where our hearts were breaking she was more interested in placing blame and answering questions with only coldness. If I never see her again it will be too soon. Not even an apology, just dirt attitude. I hope for her sake people treat her better if she's ever in a bad place than she treated us. Edit: Still about the same woman, I found out later she wrote down the wrong flea medication that we mentioned. When the vet came in and told us the one we used was typically a dog flea medication I was confused, but he said it still wouldn't have caused what happened. I didn't argue with him, because at that point we were making decisions about the kitten, which was more important than they were wrong in that moment. I'm like, "This is a cat medication recommended BY MY VET, what?" She wrote down Bravecto, not Provecta, despite the fact that I spelled it out for her when she was all snappy at me, because for the third time during that conversation she tried to correct me on something that I knew the answer to. (Like what medication my cat was given. I love when people volunteer what they think you meant and are wrong. But, you know, she's the expert.). Her "medical expertise" could have cost us more if the kitten hadn't already been dying. Maybe listen to the people. Yes, she was just that awful.

The staff is super friendly and really care about animals. The pricing is upfront, no surprises, and very reasonable for emergency services.

I brought my dog in there in January/february. They said she had a mass on either her spleen or liver ??? They couldn't tell where. They weighed her and it was approximately 15lbs over her actual weight. They charged me $700. Took her to another vet they knew right away where the mass was. Don't spend the money it's not worth it
