Hills and Dales recommended a few teeth extractions for our 12 year old dog. She seemed fine at the time but has since recovered from the extractions and has much more energy. It seems likely her teeth were bothering her and we were unaware. She is back to running up hills and getting the zoomies in the yard--something she hasn't done for a few months. Thanks to the Hills and Dales team for making Ralphie feel better!

Didnt actually listen to our thoughts and concerns. Told us our dog had cancer and only a short time to live… but never ran any tests. Had to take her back for something else, told us the growth has grown, its cancer, only has a few days. We thought it was a lipoma. Again. Never ran any tests. Took her some where else, and it was in fact, a lipoma. Very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. Kept telling us our dog was dying and to just put her down. When she wasnt. Who does that?

When trying to schedule a dental cleaning, I was told they would have to get back with me for a quote, and when they didn't follow up a week later, I messaged them and was told I would have to find another veterinary practice with no explanation as to why. This was after one of their vets suggested my cat needed a dental cleaning, while their other vet whom I'd seen previously at this location said all of my cat's needed pulled. I had also asked for scripts so I could order medicine from Chewy versus a 10x upcharge through them, so maybe that ruffled someone's feathers, who knows? It's frustrating, especially when I'd already had all of my animals records transferred there and had been paying a premium for visits (Hills & Dale charges a whopping $90 per visit versus $60 like all surrounding vets) and my cat needed their help (and after I'd already spent a few thousand dollars at this location). Update: Hill's & Dale responded by saying they recommended I go elsewhere because of complaints about costs, which isn't true because I was never given a reason as to why they told me to go elsewhere and I not once complained to them about costs (I only asked for a script). They're now trying to save face publicly after I pointed out their massive up-charge in this review 😡

Another great experience! Took my sweet boy for his follow up and took my kitten for a check up. They are both doing great. My pup is 17 yrs old and according to the Doc. he's in great shape. His antibiotic regimen worked great to help clear up his glands, the anti inflammatory meds are working great for his arthritis. I was told my 8 mth old kitty is in great health. This is the best vet that I have ever been to. My pup is anxious around other dogs, we have had a exam room ready for us as soon as we got there each time, as soon as we show up. They call to check in after your visit to make sure thing are going well. I feel like they are very reasonable with cost, and again, don't push to up sale. Everyone who works her are so kind and focused on making sure that your pet and you are comfortable and well taken care of. 1000/10 recommend.
