I scheduled with this clinic for a neuter. At no point did their staff request prior vet records nor did they communicate they planned to vaccinate my dog. He was up to date on his vaccines, but they vaccinated him anyways and charged me for it. they then refused to provide complete medical records of the shots they gave him because I disputed the services. However, I still need complete medical records for my dog, even if services were done that should not have been done. I would not trust this clinic to do work on your animals, because if they take liberties in services rendered without any discussion with the owner on matters such as vaccines, who knows what other liberties they would take on your animals. A vet should be honest and upfront when it comes to the wellbeing and health of our animals. this clinic is not.
