Look no further! Dr. Anstadt is a great vet. We went to him several years back because our dog would get UTIs about every 5-6 months with a $500 vet bill each time. He gave us great advice with dieting (since she was leaving food in the bowl and she wasn't overweight but the extra weight on her was making her more suspectible to UTIs) and using no salt to get her to drink and pee more often. After that, she never got another UTI. No other vet we saw previously actually helped us get to the root of the issue. We went there last month when our dog stopped eating and couldn't keep anything down. He did lab work, then exploratory surgery and found masses in her abdominal wall. They were beyond surgical removal and she could bleed out if he took a sample to test for cancer. When we went to put her down, he offered one last option to try steroids. If she could keep food down and get her weight back up, then she'd have to take steroids for the rest of her life but he said she didn't seem ready to go. We tried it and now she's alive, eating well, and acting like a puppy again. We are so grateful for his expertise and help!

Dr. Anstadt and his staff are awesome. He is great with our pets, very well-educated, and explains things thoroughly. We always learn something new when visiting. The staff are always polite and friendly. Great business all around.
