I highly recommend this vet . Price was great unlike other vets like east canton and Minerva. Lovely staff . Thank you Dr. White. Restroom ♿️ accessible parking in lot kid friendly . I hope my kitten gets better. They care unlike others Clean neat they make your animals priority. MY opinion best in Minerva east canton and alliance area. See you there .

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion the team at County Line Veterinary Services showed my doggy during an incredibly difficult and scary day. When my pooch was in the middle of a severe, life-threatening crisis, they stepped in with immediate, highly skilled medical care to get him comfortable and stabilized. Beyond their excellent clinical care, what truly touched me was their transparency. In an incredibly stressful moment, they were completely upfront about every single detail. That level of honesty and transparency is so rare and deeply appreciated when you are dealing with your sick baby. They treated my baby with the utmost dignity, and they treated me with genuine empathy and respect. If you are looking for a veterinary team that combines high-quality medicine with true heart, compassion, and honest communication, I cannot recommend County Line enough.

If I could give County Line Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Buck zero stars, I would. This was hands down the biggest waste of my time and money. For three weeks, Dr. Buck acted like he could diagnose and treat my dog's condition, but every visit was nothing but more guessing. Instead of giving me actual answers, I got a new list of things that could be wrong every time I walked through the door. Three weeks later, he still couldn't tell me what was actually going on. Meanwhile, my dog was prescribed four different medications, and not a single one made any difference. The only thing that consistently changed was my bill, which kept getting bigger with every appointment. It also felt like Dr. Buck loved hearing himself talk more than ANYTHING ELSE. Every visit involved long explanations that ultimately led nowhere. After spending hundreds of dollars and getting absolutely no results, I was finally told to see a specialist because he couldn't figure it out himself. I wish he had admitted that from the beginning instead of wasting three weeks while my dog continued to suffer. What made the experience even worse was his complete confidence that he had "done everything he could," despite never providing a diagnosis or improving my dog's condition. I would strongly recommend finding a veterinarian who knows their limits, refers difficult cases sooner rather than later, and puts your pet's well-being ahead of repeated appointments that don't accomplish anything. Go to a vet that knows what they’re doing!

My sweet little kitten Beatrice broke her leg and we didn’t know what to do. We spent days calling around trying to get her seen. Countyline was able to squeeze her in first thing the next morning. The Dr was very caring and took his time explaining all of our options to us and gave us an exact cost breakdown of everything. She’s just a baby and She will be having surgery Tuesday, I feel comfortable that we’re leaving her in such caring hands. Thank you to the entire staff for the kindness, empathy and compassion shown to us today.
