I was given a bleak prognosis for my cat and they emphasized how urgent it was to act. After the first appointment, I was told the vet would check in with me the day after to make sure the medication I got was working well, and to advise me on next steps. Well, that never happened. I even called and texted, and was told the vet would respond and return my message shortly but no one ever got back to me. Very disappointing and frankly terrifying after being told my cat’s condition was potentially fatal. We’ve been going here for our dog for many years, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not need anyone to go above and beyond, but being left hanging after paying so much - and being told how urgent it was to act - was just horrible. I went to Cats Only Vet in Upper Arlington instead. If you have a cat, I’d recommend that. They’re 100% the reason my cat is even alive and recovered. They checked in on me regularly and made me feel like they actually cared if my cat made it or not.

I can't say enough about Dr. Allison and team! So caring, helpful and provided the best support for our dog during a Hardtime. Our dog was NEVER just another pet they were treating but he was family, loved and so cared for by Dr. Allison and the wonderful staff! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars and there is truly not enough words to describe my appreciation for all of them! From the Mullins crew and our sweet angel baby Theo!

Took in one of my male cats for urinary problems. Was able to get me in same day I called, staff was great, and very reasonably priced! Great experience coming here!
