If you go to their website and fill out a contact form, don't expect them to reach out to you. Oh and they're only open a handful of days a week. Very disappointing.

Took my cat there because he was spraying occasionally. He also had over grooming issue and had some red bumps. Vet walked in asked about the spraying, I told her about over grooming and red bumps. She was more focused on spraying and didn't care about licking and skin issue. She took him in back got urine, didn't even look at his skin and brought him back in. Said he had a very slight trace of UTI and gave an injection. I asked well what about over grooming and red bumps? She said we'll it's probably stress. I said is it possible it could be allergies because we haven't changed anything? Oh it could be She said and walked out of the room. No recommendations or anything! If I had not worked for Vets in the past I wouldn't have known what to try. Charged me almost $200 and told me nothing! Taking my pets elsewhere now.

She is an amazing vet! Kind. Compassionate. I have been going to this vet for some years now with my kitties and I highly recommend you bringing your fur babies here as well. The office girls are always sweet and caring. Best vet in portage area for me and my girls.
