Save yourself the time and money and stay away from this place. Not an emergency vet clinic and they always want to send services to OSU. They canceled the day before for an ultrasound of a possible pregnancy wanting the dog to be sedated and told me I had to go to OSU. Took her to Horizon Animal Hospital and they completed the ultrasound without sedation. I've talked to three different veterinarians and they said there was no reason for sedation. Go to Appleseed Valley Veterinary Hospital in Lexington or Horizon Animal Hospital in Galion for much better services.

We have used GVH for almost 15yr. life of our beloved puppy Sadie. Recently we had to let her go on to the next chapter of life. Dr. Parr and her staff did just that with a calming grace with all the private time my family needed. She went quickly and peacefully just as we where praying. The whole process I wish on no one but GVH are there when you are ready. Appointment and creamation with a name plated wooden box was very affordable. Thanks for doing something I could not do but so needed!

I took my cat in with a wound. He was examined and kept fix the wound neutered him as well, but they did not give any instructions how to take care of him after afterwards. That was kind of disappointing because I figured all that game instructions didn’t get any handwritten verbal nothing kind let me down. I’ll take my animals back, but I will ask For instructions.
