Gave our 1 year old healthy cat permanent brain damage and is also now fully blind just from a routine spaying. They are super pricey but to save a couple dollars they didn’t even bother to use modern equipment capable of detecting hypoxia. Pure negligence and a disgrace. Tried to keep the cat for three days and did not inform us of any complications or try to help her. Just kept her in a tiny room in a cage and upsold us on more things ‘so the cat could be more comfortable’. Took the cat almost a month to start acting like herself again, would not sleep for days unless you held her in the nook of your arm and kept walking in circles until collapsing from exhaustion. Send your pet here if you want to get ripped off and risk permanent damage and or death. ‘Modern veterinary monitoring equipment alerts clinic staff to hypoxia (low tissue oxygen) and hypoxemia (low blood oxygen) before visible signs like cyanosis occur. ‘

I called at 8am . Thank you for holding wait a moment . I waited over a hour . It’s Saturday I don’t care . Bad customer service

Do not take your cat here. They prioritize dogs so you will wait longer, are happy to schedule appointments to give medication but won't have the medication available so you will be forced to pay for 2 visits. Not careful when handling cats and really just don't seem to care about anything except dogs. They will waste your time by scheduling an appointment and just making you wait for an 45 minutes with nothing done then charge 74$ for a check up (which they did not check gums/teeth, paws, stomach, ears, only took temperature and heart rate). There is a cat only vet close by called the Scratching Post, I would highly recommend you check them out. This place is only good for dogs and you will be treated badly if you have anything other than a dog. I also see the owner arguing in the replies on here, that is a serious sign the business is not run by good hearted people.

Please listen to reviews that say this location is only in it for the money. My pets and their nerves are never a priority here. I'm not sure if thats because they aren't dogs, and this is very clearly a hospital with a prefered clientele, but expect to be sidelined and wait for extended periods while others are given precedent, unless of course your furry friend is a canine. Im not sure if this is because there is more money getting dogs in and out of the door faster, but it certainly has been my experience across the multiple times visiting here. When you do finally get help, its to wait an hour to be told they're out of the medications that are the only reason for your visit, but still get charged for an appointment. Save yours and your family companion the stress, find a vet that caters to them.
