New adapted cat. He wandered into Lorain Walmart. Got all his shots. Also got him microchips. Very pleasant staff.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr Hicks who was absolutely amazing!!!! He was kind informative and did not push services. I am so impressed with him and the staff. Amanda was so awesome with our babies. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to care for our pups!!!!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Receptionist is weird. "We can't give quotes over the phone". "The vaccine cost is based on the dog's needs". Needs? How many vaccines are there lady? Just tell me! Also, quite rude to my wife vs when she talked to me.

Tentatively positive about this place. They seem to truly love the animals I've brought in and want the best for them and I don't think they're overcharging at all, especially compared to PetMed & Lorain Animal Clinic. I overheard them talking about my little Milo and it was quite loving. Mostly female if not all female clinic - maybe that's why they're a little more caring.
