I’ve always loved this place. I take all my animals here. But that changed today. I was worried my cat had gotten heat stroke. He got stuck in a room in the house while I was at work and it was really hot in there. We took him out. Tried to cool him down. He started getting super super sick. He was bleeding out and very weak. I immediately got him into the vet. I paid 165$ for a visit, worm test and a fecal test. They told me he only had an upset tummy. He got worse when we got home. He died while I was sleeping. He is now at the funeral home waiting cremation. This place failed him. I failed him. They made him suffer. And at the end it cost him his life. I will be taking all of my animals out of here and taking them to a different vet.

Our dog died in pain bc they were "too busy" to have us bring him in to be euthanized. You should be ashamed of the way you conduct your business. I have NEVER been to such a disrespectful place. We called in to bring him the day before he passed and were told they were too busy and to schedule an appointment. That poor dog died in so much pain because you were too busy and too ignorant to do your job. Im not sure how you can say you love animals yet treat them like this. Not to mention the incredibly short tempered and lack of manners during the process. Absolutely disgusted and i hope you have the day you deserve.

Went in with a sick cat around noon.Parking lot empty. They said they couldn't see the cat and they were booked up for the day and the vet was in surgery. Then said it would be $ 165 min.if I wanted emergency care & I said fine . She then tells me the vet is at lunch until 1:30 pm. and gives me phone numbers for other clinics an hour away. Holy runaround! They don't care if you have a sick animal. Pathetic. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies.
