My Dog received good medical care here at reasonable prices, and I appreciate the treatment my pet has gotten overall. But, during my recent visit, while I was in the exam room, I overheard staff in the back discussing my pet’s condition and making comments about how it seemed like care had been delayed. I understand that medical cases are discussed among staff, but hearing those comments in that way as a client present made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat judged during an already stressful situation.

Our shi-tzu spent a night at an emergency vet hospital after having a seizure. She was diagnosed with liver issues, gallbladder, and kidney problems.when we brought her home, I had a problem getting her to take her new medication. I brought her into Oakside and they helped me figure out how to give it to her. Dr Dible and the team were so helpful and compassionate. I can’t thank them enough
