Auburn Veterinary Hospital

Our various pets have been patients of Dr. Clemons since the 90’s. We have always received caring, attentive, no ‘upsell/nonsense’ care and guidance from the veterinary team at Auburn Animal Care. Plus, it’s pretty easy to get an appointment within days (not weeks or months in advance) Many veterinary practices nowadays are falling victim to takeover by predatory private equity firms, leading to higher prices and poor patient outcomes. Thankfully, Auburn Animal Care is absolutely not part of this trend. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby to Auburn Animal Care 🙂

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because the care my cat and I have received has been exceptional. I’ve been to this clinic twice, and both veterinarians I saw were wonderful. During my second visit, Dr. Ball and the veterinary technician listened carefully to my concerns and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. After my cat’s blood work was done, she called to share some of the results as soon as they became available instead of making me wait for the entire panel. When the rest of the results came in, she was just as compassionate and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. My cat was eventually diagnosed with FIP, which has been devastating. Throughout the process, Dr. Ball has gone far beyond what I expected. She has been reaching out to a specialty ophthalmology clinic, gathering information on treatment and dosages, and doing everything she can to help my cat receive the best care possible. Knowing that she is advocating for him even when we’re not in the clinic has meant more to me than I can express. I am so grateful to Dr. Ball, the veterinary technicians, and everyone at the clinic for their kindness, dedication, and support. My cat is lucky to have them in his corner, and so am I.
