Leaving two stars because Dr. Clinger at this location is very rude and not very compassionate towards her patients and their families. The front desk staff that I dealt with though, were very nice and very helpful! Nothing against them. They made the experience tolerable. Also a word of caution. The policies that major corporations have in place are not built around compassion (obviously). Banfield is no different. The wellness plan is great for preventative things through out your pet's HEALTHY life. However, you are locked in for at least the duration of one year under contract. Even after your pet is deceased. To get out of the contract you will have to ultimately pay off the contract and possibly other bills for medical services until the contract is satisfied, which for me, was worth more than the savings from the plan. Also, be sure to let them know in advance that you want to cancel, so that the plan does NOT auto renew under another yearly contract. The plans appear to help in the short term with smaller monthly payments and preventative costs, but it is not worth it long term if you actually have any steep medical expenses on top of the expenses you already have to pay for. CareCredit or similar financing are the only other options through them, so beware if your credit isn't great either.
