The best vet and staff on the planet. They go above and beyond for your pet

I took my husky in as a new patient starting in March as my old vet retired. He was acting a bit different about a month and a half later so i took him in and they said he was fine. 4 days later he had a seizure. i called as soon as they opened the next day . The vet would not speak to me all communication was between receptionist and would not see him until the following saturday (5 days later) . They only offered to “call in meds” no explanation of what meds and no phone call to explain things to me and a neuro consult to medvet which also could not get him in unless through the ER for over a week. I then took him to medvet where i was quoted close to 10k to keep him overnight and send to neurology in the am. We had to opt to take him home on seizure and blood pressure meds. He died the next day. Very disappointed in their lack of empathy and urgency, he deserved better and I regret ever deciding to come there. Maybe if they checked his blood pressure or anything we could have prevented this, maybe not. I have had dogs my entire life and truly will miss my retired vet. I will not be taking my other dog back . and I urge anyone looking for a new vet to look elsewhere.
