I’ve been using Capsa Health equipment for over 15 years, and the decline in quality is shocking. The older equipment I owned years ago was built far better and lasted without constant issues. The newer KL1 units, however, have been nothing but a problem. I’ve had to send the same two KL1 units back for the exact same issue five times, and these units aren’t even three years old yet. That alone is unacceptable for equipment that’s supposed to be reliable in a healthcare environment. On top of that, Capsa has had one of my machines for almost a month, and they’re only now “getting around” to fixing it. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and repeated failures in both product quality and customer service are incredibly frustrating. For a company operating in healthcare, this level of inconsistency and delay is simply not acceptable. I expected far better based on the quality they used to deliver and the price they charge for their equipment.

My dealings with Kacy Snyder was very frustrating and troublesome, due to Kacys ridiculous lack of customer service knowledge,ignorance and poor helpfulness.After working with Nic Bell and Capsa for twenty six years, ordering new med carts and med cart parts,and to be told I ordered the wrong part and to be told that I logged into my old jobs site, Kacy called my old job leaving them to believe I was trying to use their account ,Kacy was ridiculously wrong to do that.when actually I registered in with my own Email address Company name And my own credit card . I've closed my just opened company account. This was a new account, To be told so many wrong accusations, I'm Done,Due to the overwhelmingly frustrating challenge working with Kacy Snyder. P.S. It a good thing I've retired from this industry, because I would never refer CapsaHealthcare to anyone...EVER!!!!
