Always welcoming and takes good care of my dog. They offer OTC meds when they will do and are cheaper.

Loved this clinic when we switched for our first visit for my dogs 2 year check up. My dog ended up ripping his back dewclaw off 2 days ago (he was born with both front & back sets). We had to use the emergency vet, obviously no issue we wanted our fur baby to be seen. But it seemed like an inconvenience to the receptionist as she had attitude as she told us to put flour on his nail & we tell her it's not working as it's gushing blood everywhere. She says, " well you have to cake it on not just dab it", in a snarky voice & as if she even knew how much we even put on it? Yet, the flour still didnt work! She says let me see if the doctor is willing to stay (it's around 5/5:30pm), comes back & says to "bring him in, but it will be an emergency charge"). My husband takes him in & he felt very unwelcome & uncomfortable the whole visit. They didn't clean my dogs nail(only criticizedhow we trim our dogs nails), they put a wrap on that fell off by time he got to the car & gave 3 different meds & sent them on their way. But before that, he felt rushed out of the door because my dog was excited seeing other dogs in the lobby & since he is a pitbull ALL the staff were acting as if he was about to eat someones face off because he was whimpering & pulling to play. Out of all places that should be understanding of the breed & they acted like that? No thank you, we now will be switching to a new vet clinic.
