I want to commend the entire team for their compassion, patience, understanding and kindness during a very painful and sad time in our lives. From the phone calls answered to the techs to Dr. Alice, they all were so kind and never once did I feel uncared for or rushed to make a decision. My Daisy was their Daisy at every moment and their love was felt. To have such a caring team during a very difficult time meant the world to us, thank you!

The absolute kindest staff I’ve ever met! So invested in helping our dog feel comfortable, very accommodating & so thoughtful in everything they do. They do the best job in all of Berea of taking care of my puppy Loki. Doctor Alice saved my dog from eating a lot of things that be definitely should not be eating. I would recommend Metropet to anyone who wants quality pet care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks to Doctor Alice and staff for keeping my puppy alive!
