Unfortunately I lost my bestfriend and had to get her cremated, I was recommended to this place by the person who accidentally hit and killed my dog, she paid for the cremation and north side made it very simple and fast to get the process done. Received my sweet girls ashes a few days later and just received her last paw print in the mail. When I picked up the ashes i immediately became emotional and the staff gave me a hug and some tissues as a I cried and grieved. Only thing I would’ve changed with this process is when they got her body out of the car, I was standing on the opposite end so I didn’t have to see her dead again & they carried her over asking if I wanted her bed back, immediately broke my heart all over again. Other than that the staff was very nice and understood the sensitivity of the situation

5 stars! I used to take my kitty to Marysville Animal care and they were always brief in their exams and sometimes wouldn’t even take her out of the carrier and was quick to always prescribe things without a diagnosis - The vet we saw, Dr. Cristina Coriano, was very thorough and trustworthy! Thank you for helping us and treating our cat with patience and kindness!
