Our cat passed away a couple mornings ago and we called and ended up taking her down there, the staff was very nice and considerate and treated us well, they helped us out alot and my wife and I were very satisfied with our experience during a very sad event.

I’ve gone here for years with wonderful experiences with the staff of vet techs and the old doctors. The vet techs are fantastic however, the new vet demonstrates very little expertise, compassion or concern for your pets. I took in my elderly cat with serious concerns of internal bleeding. The vet prescribed nothing and recommended nothing. She was not concerned. I called back two days later begging for help, vet gave me prednisone to give her. The next day I took her to the emergency vet and she died a few hours later of internal bleeding. ABV never recommended I seek emergency care, never provided meaningful treatment, never called to check on the process and let my cat suffer to death. If the dr would have recommended that first day I go to emergency bc this is beyond her capabilities, my cat may have survived, but instead she dismissed my concerns repeatably, never recommended any treatment or even followed up.
