Have been using Harbor Vet Clinic for 7 yrs. I own and run a senior dog rescue locally and they have seen around 100 of our dogs. Physicals, Diagnostic Issues , Dental procedures and surgeries. I always recommend the Drs. and staff, such wonderful people.

Customer service was rude. And couldn’t get my cat in that is basically in an emergency situation. I fell back asleep with my cats on me after my alarm. Doesn’t understand that I’m in crisis already & just doing the best I can. That I’m an injured CNA with strained income. I don’t even have food in the house. No need for the condescending attitude. Offered zero concern or compassion for my cat this morning. Doesn’t matter if overbooked, a polite attitude & care & concern could have gone a long way. Need better front desk care because you’ve now added unnecessary trauma to my day. Now I’m crying. I need to speak up so that people can do better. Just a nice pleasant customer service even if can’t help you is critical when you are worried about your cat & in survival mode. Won’t return.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are very professional, they actually examine your pet!! I personally have my kids see Dr. Watts. I can tell that he really loves his job and cares about my cats. He explains everything, gives you options and you don't feel rushed during your visit.

I live quite a better way from this Vet Veterinary Clinic, but I would never go anywhere else. I love Dr. Watts and all of his staff and they are willing to work with me. Thank you so so much guys.
