I will NOT be returning to this veterinarian. I was quite disappointed by the lack of customer service and empathy shown toward both me and my cat. It was clear that my cat was extremely distressed, so I asked if we could reschedule the exam for another day. Instead, the appointment continued despite the cat’s obvious fear, and I left feeling that my concerns as his owner were dismissed. When a pet owner asks to reschedule because their animal is clearly overwhelmed, that request should be taken seriously. A little compassion, patience, and flexibility would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I won’t be returning.
