I gave it two stars because I’ve always had a good experience here until today when I asked a couple more questions about the medicine my dog was going to be taking. I wanted to understand if this was medicine for comfort or it was medicine that my dog needed to get better but I couldn’t even get that far in the conversation because the veterinarian became very upset with me. Answering my question, he accuse me of not trusting him and accuse me of thinking I knew more than he did. That was not was the case. I just wanted a couple more in-depth questions answered. I pay for my appointments and if I have some questions I would like them answered without hostility! This is a good clinic and I hope he was just having a bad day and I hope other people don’t have to go through what I did today. It was terribly disappointing. Now the doctor emailed me back and told me that I wasn’t respectful and I interrupted him during the examination which I thought we were just having friendly dialogue so he took me completely wrong and then he emailed me to make sure I understood that. What is going on? Extremely frustrated at this point.
