Everyone member I interacted with at this clinic was very kind and compassionate with my Miss Lilly. They were upfront on cost and what to expect during her care. You guys basically gave my baby her face and comfort back which I was begining to think wasn't possible with everything we dealt with elsewhere. I just wanted to thank you all again for taking such great care of our Miss Lilly.

I've been taking my dogs to Amherst Animal hospital for over 20 years ( 4 dogs over the years) and they are very genuine in their treatment and care for animals, they know that our fur babies are family. The Veternarians and all the staff are knowledgeable, kind and truly care no matter what stage you grow through with your pets. God bless you all

This place is a joke. 2 visits total. First visit I could hear the vet talking poorly of me through the door because the exam room was right next to the checkout counter. Second visit I get a vet who seemed to think vitamins are more important than antibiotics, forgot to prescribe a medication that she said she was going to prescribe causing me to have to ask for it. Then they shorted me on that medication, giving me a bottle with 4... FOUR drops of medication when it should have been an absolute minimum of 40 drops per the label directions, to cover the 10 day course of treatment --- excluding the drops needed for "use it as needed after the 10 days of treatment". At 35+ dollars for those 4 drops of medication. To buttress the argument; I am in the medical field, I have been medically trained in many ways, I have performed 1000+ surgical procedures on humans. I am not an idiot, I am not a typical layperson, I understand weights and measures. I did not miscalculate the number of drops in this bottle, nor how to use them. I was disappointed in this place when I went there for pet care when I was 8 years old as a child, and I am disappointed giving them a second chance and going there again now that I'm pushing 50.

Brought my kitty in noticing he wasn't feeling well and turned out to be a fever, but I was very nervous about his health because his brother had just passed away. It was easy to find, they got my appointment in quickly and the cost of testing and medicine and fluids for him was incredibly reasonable. I missed their check in call but Shippo is back to acting like himself 💖 I will be using them going forward as my regular vet. Thank you for taking care of my little baby 💖
