My older and usually grumpy cat was treated so gently and thoroughly he didn't even bite anyone. And he bites me when I pet him wrong!

Dr. Simpson and his staff are wonderful, I feel so blessed to have found them, it feels like you're hanging out with friends when you go there, they are so kind and spend time explaining everything, you can tell they truly love animals, they are so reasonable on their prices also, you just don't find a vet practice like this very often, I cannot say enough about them, they saw Woody and Cleo today and fixed them right up, I'm so grateful because they both had ear infections and I didn't even know, thanks guys❤️. Tonya Hull I wanted to add to my review, I just saw some of the negative reviews of Dr. Simpson and his staff, I or my family have ever had any kind of negative experience with them, they are always very friendly, helpful, give pricing up front, ask before doing any testing, and treat myself, my family, and my animals with utmost respect, and they are cheaper than any other vet I've been to. I have recommended them to a lot of people, and I definitely would not do so if there were ANY problems because I love my animals dearly and would not trust them to Dr. Simpson or his staff if they acted the way they are being accused of, I'm just letting people know that I have been there many times and have never witnessed anything but kindness, knowledge, and respect, I promise I would not recommend anyone who didn't deserve it, you can totally trust them with your animals❤️

For context, I use this vet exclusively for my dogs. I’ve always had a positive experience and appreciate the time and patience they give to the dogs and owners. I specifically wanted to share about my experience with euthanizing my dog last week. I was able to make all decisions and pay prior to the appointment, which was thoughtful and convenient. When they greeted me and took me to the room, they had a blanket on the floor along with a box of Kleenex. This is not my first time doing this with an animal and I’ve never been offered either of those conveniences at other Veterinary establishments. This was a really nice touch as I was able to sit on the floor with my baby girl, and we were both comfortable in her final moments. I appreciate how much the vet walked me through each step and how things would progress. That level of communication helped me to understand anything I was witnessing or experiencing. Their entire team was incredibly compassionate and made one of the worst experiences for any pet lover be as positive as it can be. To the care team- thank you from the bottom of my heart.
